Data collection and use for SMS
- We collect and store your phone number, messaging preferences (e.g., opt-in/opt-out), and limited engagement data solely to send marketing and transactional SMS related to Lux & Nyx.
- We may use cookies, pixels, and website plugins to determine when a shopping cart has been abandoned and to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

We do not sell, rent, or share your text messaging originator opt-in data or consent with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application on secure servers behind a firewall.
