We ship anywhere within the US, and to any international destination. We can also ship to P.O. boxes (either international or domestic).

Yes!  We offer free international shipping on orders over $500. Your order will be delivered by DHL Express.  For orders under $500, please reach out to us prior to shipment for estimated shipping cost.  

To guarantee receipt by Christmas, please place any orders for delivery in the U.S. by Friday December 21 at Noon CST, and any international orders by Friday December 14 at Noon CST.  For any specific questions, please email

For cleaning, we recommend simply using a wet cloth (no chemicals, solvents, etc). Water-based ink can be removed using a wet cloth. 

Return and Warranty

We're only happy if you're happy. If, for any reason, you're less than thrilled with your purchase, we'll be happy to offer a no-questions refund or exchange on any US purchase for up to 30 days after your item was received (so long as it's in original condition, of course).  Sale items are final at this time. All made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.  We'll make it as easy and painless as possible – including free shipping. 

You've got 30 days to return anything you don't want to keep. Just let us know what you're returning at and we'll send you a shipping label to attach to your package, as well as detailed instructions on what to do next. The cost of the international returns label will be deducted from your overall refund. We will let you know prior to your return shipment. 

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty on all of our bags.  If you are experiencing unforeseen quality issues, we offer several free and easy repair options:

1.  Ship Your Bag to Us: You may email us at with photos of the issue and we will send you a prepaid return label, which you can use to ship the bag to us. We will then work with our preferred cobbler to ensure your bag is properly fixed. Please note this process can take 4~6 weeks.

2.  Have Your Bag Repaired Locally: If you prefer to have your bag repaired by a cobbler local to you, we will reimburse you up to the amount it costs for repair through our preferred cobbler. You may email us at with photos of the issue and we will send you a quote as to how much we will be able to reimburse, based on the damage to the item.

If you are an international customer, please email us at with photos of the damaged item. You may choose either of the above repair options, but please note that international customers are responsible for shipping and duties incurred to have the bag repaired at our headquarters.
