Free Ground Shipping for all orders $120 and more (before tax and after discounts). Orders below $120 will incur a ground shipping fee (shown above) — only available to US addresses.

It may take up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders can take up to 3–10 business days (not including holidays and weekends) to be delivered.

We ship worldwide — anywhere with a letter box. International orders dispatch in 3–5 business days and, by regular post, arrive in 3–28 working days depending on the destination. Any duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility.Please find our full shipping policy here

Returns
We're pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All U.S. returns are subject to a $10 handling fee, and international returns have a $15 handling fee.

Your bag is backed by our 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects
Register it and we'll add six months — 18 months of coverage in all. Items bought during a sample, warehouse, or promotional sale aren't covered.
