How do I clean my Lux & Nyx products?
If you love your bag, it’ll love you back. Each product has different care instructions, which you can find on the product page for each bag. We recommend first starting off with simple soap and cold water. And we don’t recommend using any hard cleaners since discoloration may occur. If you need further information or have any other questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How should I store my items?
When not in use, please be sure to store in a cool, dry area in the dust bag provided with your purchase. In the event that your bag gets wet, please be sure to air dry before further use or storage.
Are Lux & Nyx bags water-resistant?
Our bags are designed to be water-resistant (not 100% waterproof) and super easy to clean. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to rain or water with any of our products.
What is Lux & Nyx’s warranty policy?
Lux & Nyx is committed to the quality of our products with a 1 year warranty policy. We are happy to handle complimentary repairs for issues resulting in manufacturing defects within this period. If items cannot be repaired, we will replace the item as long as the stock is available. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
At this time, our warranty policy is only available for US orders. For any international orders, we will handle on a case by case basis.
