Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you should receive a confirmation email and order number as soon as you place an order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied per order.
Do you offer gift receipts?
We don’t offer gift receipts, but there is no pricing information included with your package.
What does final sale mean?
hen an item is marked final sale, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. The sale price is as marked on the site, and no additional discounts can be applied.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can log into your account to view the status of all orders placed. If you don’t have an account, you can easily create one.
I was charged for my order but didn’t receive a confirmation. What should I do?
Not to worry! You can send an email to email@example.com, and we will can look into it for you!
Can I use a pre-paid gift card at checkout?
You can, but our system is only able to process one payment method per order. If your gift card value is more than the cost of your order, you should be fine! If the value on your gift card is less than the order total, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we can look into it for you!
